Areena Games

Last updated: June 20, 2026

1 - Introduction

Areena Games ("We", "Us", or "Our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you play our mobile games and use our related services ("Services"). Our guiding principle is simple: we only collect what is absolutely necessary for the game to function properly.

2 - Information Collection Practices

Our Services are designed to be straightforward and respect your privacy. Areena Games does not independently collect, store, or share your personal data. You are not required to create a personal account or provide any personal information directly to us to play our games. Any data processing that occurs is strictly limited to the official platform services required to handle in-app purchases, as detailed below.

3 - Information Collected for In-App Purchases

Our game offers in-app purchases (IAP). To process these transactions safely and securely, we use official third-party payment systems provided by the respective platform operators. When you make or attempt to make an in-app purchase, or when the game verifies your past purchases, the payment provider automatically collects certain device information. This may include Device or other IDs, such as your unique device identifier.

Why is this data collected? This data is processed strictly for the following purposes: App Functionality (to process your purchases, deliver digital goods, and restore your previous purchases if you reinstall the game or change devices) and Fraud Prevention, Security, and Compliance (to verify that transactions are legitimate, prevent fraudulent purchases, and ensure compliance with payment processing rules).

4 - Data Retention and Deletion

Areena Games does not store personal user data, payment details, or device identifiers on our own servers. All purchase-related data and device identifiers required for IAP verification are processed and retained directly by the respective platform providers in accordance with their own privacy policies. Because we do not hold this data on our servers, we cannot directly fulfill data deletion requests. Users who wish to manage or delete their transaction history and associated data must do so directly through their respective app store or platform account settings.

5 - Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. The updated version will be indicated by the "Last updated" date at the top of this document.
